Are you a neighbor of the Nanticoke? Like to play in the water? Then become a Nanticoke Creekwatcher! (No experience required)

Come be part of an extraordinary bi-state effort to help monitor the health of your watershed. Creekwatchers are needed for sites all along the Nanticoke River and its major tributaries.

What it takes to be a Creekwatcher:

  • Attend one afternoon program kick off / training session
  • Commit roughly one hour of your time every two weeks to conduct water quality testing at 1-2 (nearby) sites along the Nanticoke River system

What you get from participating:

  • Professional training in water quality sampling and assessment!
  • Become an active participant in protecting water resources in YOUR backyard!
  • The chance to get out and enjoy the incredible beauty of the Nanticoke River!
