Thank you for your interest in the conservation work taking place along the Nanticoke River. Our river is special; it is one of the cleanest rivers that flows into the Chesapeake Bay. Our work is also unique; we have formed a solid and extensive partnership where many people saw only distrust, hidden agendas, and opposition.
Almost forty organizations now belong to the NWA. Our members are made up of foresters, industry, small business owners, government agencies, main stream environmental groups, land trusts, realtors, academicians, fishermen, restoration groups, farmers, and citizen groups.
